New mental health services
CTMUHB currently commission a number of third sector mental health services across Bridgend, Rhondda Cynon Taf and Merthyr Tydfil county boroughs. To help to continue to improve provision across Cwm Taf Morgannwg, the health board will often invest in pilot programmes and you can find out more information here.
Kooth
Kooth is an easy access online mental health service that supports children and young people. Kooth provides a free safe and anonymous place for young people to find online support and counselling. The site is suitable for people aged 11 to 18 who may need advice and signposting, help or immediate risk support. It has a range of resources and applications for you to access including magazines, forums, activity centres, messaging and live counselling.
